this hosting provider does not offer any support, and closes tickets after not doing anything at all, My servers have been down for almost a month and all attempts to contact support or sales have failed. Never use this company.

I have been hosting my business directory with 1 host web for 2 years and till date have not found any issues with the uptime. Cant talk about support as I have not had any issues with my hosting.

My company has been a customer for years. I am needing to make changes on my account and I can't get a hold of anyone. I have been calling for days and sitting on hold for hours. The phone number that is listed on the account doesn't work either, it says that it's a fax machine. I would love to change vendors for our website, but I don't have that authority to make that change.

Very poor service; NEVER do they answer the phone number published; billing has my account all messed up and they have not responded to support tickets; they changed my billing to auto without my permission and billed me credit card without my permission
